At Halavji Ankara, every order is prepared fresh. Because we sell perishable Turkish sweets, our refund and replacement policy is designed to protect food safety while treating customers fairly.

When You Can Request Help

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, if an item is missing, or if there is a genuine quality issue with your sweets.

How to Report an Issue

Contact us on the same day of delivery whenever possible. Please share your order details, delivery date, phone number, and clear photos of the issue if relevant. This helps our team review the case quickly.

Fresh Food Return Rules

Because baklava, kunafa, kadayif, and other sweets are fresh food products, we generally cannot accept returns after delivery unless there is a confirmed issue with the order. Products that have been opened, consumed, stored incorrectly, or kept for too long may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Refunds or Replacements

If our team confirms that the order was incorrect, damaged, missing an item, or affected by a quality issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Cancellation may only be possible before preparation begins. Because our sweets are prepared fresh, cancellation requests made after preparation has started may not be accepted.

Change of Mind

We cannot usually provide refunds or returns for change of mind after an order has been prepared or delivered.
